I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again

Everyone was friendly. A lot to do on the property. The rock spa was excellent. The Toro restaurant was awesome.

It was a big property, it would have been nice when checking in we were told to catch the trolley to take us to the room. Also it would have been great if a map was given at check in.

⸻ The hotel is beautiful, well located, and offers plenty of facilities. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The food is decent, with a good variety, but not particularly impressive. At the bars, service can be slow unless you tip in advance – it often felt like those who tipped were prioritized. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room for three days, and I had to ask for it to be done, including restocking the minibar. Unfortunately, I also experienced a theft – my AirPods were taken, and although I reported it within minutes, the response was disappointing. The staff didn’t check security cameras and only suggested filing a police report. With some attention to service and guest support, this place could be much better.

Far better than I expected - will recommend to others taking groups for senior spring break!

The room setup was phenomenal - bathroom was huge and extremely functional and well laid out for our party of two moms and two daughters. Property was beautiful and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive. The Adele tribute show was so much fun, along with several of the other entertainment options.

Food was sufficient, but nothing to write home about. Checkout process was a little confusing and would have benefited from some expectation management on the front end (like at checkin give out instructions for checkout). But those are very minor things.

We had a great time! Don’t want to leave.

The property is beautiful and quite large. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. We had a great time and wanted to stay longer! The only thing I would say is the food and drinks are good but not great. The breakfast is very good, but the diner options are just average. The restaurant Toro was very good food, but you need a reservation, and they’re not easy to get with so many people on the property. Book that as far in advance as you can. Otherwise we had a great time! Met many great people and enjoying our week there. We would definitely go back. Despite the mediocre food.

The food was just average. Everything that is not included like sunblock and any other extras are super expensive!!

the beach is on the left edge of the reef, so the waves are higher than in other locations down south

The weirdest thing was that they had only a handful of umbrellas around swimming pools, and most of them were claimed by people leaving their towels and belongings overnight there. If they could buy more umbrellas, that would make a huge difference.

Beautiful resort with good discounts for activities outside the resort but food choices could have been better as well

Beautiful landscape, numerous activities for our teenagers. Wonderful, helpful staff.

The room had two broken handrails next to the steps. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. Also, for the amount we paid for “all inclusive “ the additional cost for escape room, laser tag, golf carts and flow rider should have been free as well! ANYTHING inside the resort SHOULD have been included in the price! The food was just ok overall. We thought the Zen restaurant was amazing though!

Huge hotel, beautiful resort, nice staff, gorgeous beach! Lacking charm, but for those that want it all, this is your r

The room was beautiful. The property is well maintained. So many restaurant options and so many pool options. So much to do! We have stayed at smaller resorts and we opted to do adventures outside the resort for added entertainment but that was not needed at this resort.

The size! Oddly a positive of having everything at the resort can also be a negative. They have golf carts to drive you around the resort because it’s so big. It feels like a machine and you are just one of the thousands of guests they see each day. There are lines for dining, lines for entertainment, you have to make reservations for restaurants, the feeling of the rush you are trying to escape is looming here because you have to plan if you want to do it all. There is nothing “special” or “memorable” about the experience. It’s a beautiful tropical resort but if you want culture, if you want charm, if you want to feel like the hotel is catering to your needs…this is not the resort for you. It is just too big.

Great Facilities - Service Could Be Better

Hard Rock offered no assistance to us on our privately booked excursions - making us take a taxi to the front gate rather than lobby pickup. I understand security, but this seemed to be about us not paying more for the same excursion by booking through Hard Rock. That is just wrong! Further, the food offering was diverse but not of the highest quality. The steak at Toro was not as expected. And, Zen was very disappointing - the worst hibachi restaurant I have ever visited....and, I have visited many!

Staff was nice and place was clean and comfortable.

The room was great and there were plenty of pools and beach access.

The restaurants closed early, about thirty minutes past the dinner rush. At 8:45 we couldn’t be seated even though the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10. Twice.

Food was delicious, and there were variety of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy as well. The pools were amazing. But the walking distance from my room to the pool was quite long, there was transfer service but I couldn’t make it on time.

Was a bit pricey in comparison to other hotels. Also, everything was expensive inside the hotel.

Stay was good. Property is lovely. Wait staff at restaurants can use a little help

The property was great. Pools were awesome. Room service was great. Toro restaurant was good House cleaning takes care of your room everyday and do a good job. Yuo Yuo Asian restaurant is good Minibar service was on point. Room provided by hotel was right by the pools and beaches.

On Tour Transport service that Hard Rock uses from the airport to the hotel is horrible!! Don’t use it. Impanima restaurant was horrible. Only two guy walking around with meat sticks for a whole 100 seat restaurant. By the time they come by with sqewers your full from the food from the buffet by the time the next cut of meat comes around. There are workers and their golf carts all over the driving all over the guest walkways. I think hotel should have service roads for workers. I think Hard Rock Punta Cana food is a bit lackluster. It can use international consultants to teach the resorts chef how to cook their internationally tailored Foods. It’s a 4 star property at best that can use a little American Hard Rock Hotel management. People serving food need to wear gloves when handling food.

Facilities are great, main lobby, restaurants, pools and beach was wonderful. Huge hotel, really good.

Service and organization. We reserve a concierge room and on the 4th day after we claim, the assistance appear. Air conditioner didn't work, housekeeping really slow they made the room after 18pm and we had to change the liners because they smell a lot.
